Fitness and Wellness presentations, Group Exercise classes, Personal Training
services and Massage Therapy!
We can bring trained staff to your residence hall, fraternity/sorority
house, organization, or place of work.
We can accommodate a variety of class sizes and facility spaces, as
well as holding your group class right in our own facilities.
Classes may be scheduled on a one-time basis or as consistent weekly
or monthly engagements. All necessary equipment is included. Be ready
to have fun, learn more and get fit!

Personal trainers will come to you! Assessments can include Resting Heart Rate, Resting Blood Pressure, Body Composition, Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength and Endurance, and Flexibility. After the assessment you will have the opportunity to meet with a trainer to hear about how you can reach your fitness goals.
Have our energetic instructors lead your group through a workout of your choice. Classes can be held in a space convenient for you or at any of our four recreation facilities. On-site class formats include Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Kickboxing and Resistance Training.
Topics include General Nutrition, Portion Distortion, Resistance Training, Stress Management, Keys to Getting Healthy Sleep, Balanced Exercise, and Workplace Wellness. These presentations can be combined with our Group Exercise Classes.
Feel like you and your friends or co-workers could benefit from a little relaxation? Let us bring the massage to you! Therapists utilize Swedish Massage techniques that provide a fully-clothed massage experience right in your own dorm or office!
