Payroll Deduction Eligibility:
If you are a UVa faculty or staff member* who is salaried and
receives benefits, you may use payroll deduction for one, three
or six months to purchase an IM-Rec Sports membership for both
you and your spouse. Call 924.3791 to obtain a payroll deduction
and membership form. Both of these forms are NOW available for
download: membership
form, payroll
deduction form. Complete the forms by printing clearly and
including all the information requested. Completed forms can be
mailed or faxed to the IM-Rec Sports Business Office:

Full payment is required upon termination of employment or
cancellation of membership. Membership is non-transferable.
Membership privileges expire upon employment termination
with the University. Any refunds will be based on semester/conference
membership rates and not on discounted annual rates.
*Sorry ... those paid by grants or through a foundation are
ineligible for payroll deduction. |
