Payroll Deduction Eligibility:

If you are a UVa faculty or staff member who is salaried and receives benefits, you may use payroll deduction for one, three or six months (six month option only available when purchasing the one-year membership) to purchase an IM-Rec Sports membership for both you and your spouse. Download the Membership form and Payroll Deduction form. Complete the forms by printing clearly and including all the information requested. Completed forms can be mailed or faxed to the IM-Rec Sports Business Office:

Full payment is required upon termination of employment or cancellation of membership. Membership is non-transferable. Membership privileges expire upon employment termination with the University. Any refunds will be based on four-month/conference membership rates and not on discounted annual rates.
