Summer Access Q&A:
Q. When will student ID’s
and access to the IM-REC facilities be deactivated?
A. ID's
for graduating students will be deactivated on May 31. Students graduating
in May have the option to purchase a Summer Recreation Pass (see rates
below). ID's for current students who are not taking summer classes
will be deactivated on June 10. Students not enrolled in summer classes
may also purchase a Summer Recreation Pass (see rates below).
Q. If I am enrolled in summer classes,
will my access to the facilities be deactivated?
A. No.
Q. If I want to
continue working out in IM-Rec Sports facilities but am not enrolled in
summer classes, what should I do?
A. You will need to purchase
a Summer Recreation Pass. Passes can be purchased in the IM-REC Business
office during business hours (8:00 AM–5:30 PM Mon–Friday).
Q. How much is a
Summer Recreation Pass?
A. $85 full semester (May
12–Aug 25). $50/half-semester (May 12–Jul 9 or Jul 10–Aug
25)
Q.. Why are those
students who are enrolled in summer classes exempt from purchasing summer
passes?
A. By paying
for the class(es) in which they are enrolled, they are already paying
the student fee to use the facility.
