Experiential Education

Experiential education is, very simply, learning by doing. This methodology gives individuals and teams the opportunity to explore issues, new skills, and practice effective behaviors in a way that traditional classroom training approaches cannot. Experiential training engages individuals and teams and accelerates the learning process. Through interactive simulations and initiatives followed up with in-depth de-briefing, teams and individuals discover the successful components of effective communication, problem solving, creativity, risk-taking, and other key work-related traits.
