Poplar Ridge Facilitator

Poplar Ridge facilitators possess a wide range of backgrounds. Many of our student staff come from backgrounds working with groups via summer camps, student teaching, leadership positions in clubs and organizations, etc. Many of our professional staff have careers in counseling, independent consulting, event/conference planning, programming, education, etc. While each person who comes to work for Poplar Ridge brings their own unique experience and area of expertise, all staff are given training in team initiative facilitation, group processing, experiential learning theory, and high element operation.
