IM-Rec Sports offers various Certification courses throughout the year.
Our Drop-in Group Exercise classes will provide you with a great workout led by trained, enthusiastic instructors. By purchasing a Drop-in Pass, you will have an opportunity to take any class that is listed on the Drop-in Schedule. We offer a variety of class formats that include aquatics, strength & flexibility, step, dance, cycle and more! Intensity levels vary to accommodate a wide range of participants. This program is available to IM-Rec Sports members only.

Intramural Sports are the perfect stress-busters! Lose yourself in the healthy competition and excitement of our league games and tournaments. Volleyball, softball, basketball, flag football, floor hockey, soccer & MORE! This is a student/members-only program.
Outdoor Recreation can make your day, or change your life. Our diverse offerings bring members of the University and surrounding communities closer to the beauty and excitement of the natural world.
Poplar Ridge is an experiential learning and training program operated by the Department of Intramural-Recreational Sports. Poplar Ridge provides team building, leadership, and organizational development opportunities for the University and surrounding communities. Many of our programs utilize our unique Outdoor Experiential Course (O.E.C.) located in a beautiful wooded site on Grounds. Indoor programming options are also available.
