In the event Intramural-Recreational Sports cancels a class or program, every effort will be made to contact all persons enrolled. Those who wish to transfer to another class may do so at that time or receive a 100% refund.

Due to our economical pricing and staff commitments, transfers to another class and/or cancellation of enrollment must be requested at the Intramural-Recreational Sports business office at least two business days before the first day of the class. We are unable to issue refunds after a class or program has begun. Approved refunds will be assessed a $5 processing fee.
