Our head instructor is a certified USPTR professional. The rest of the Summer Tennis staff comes to us from a variety of places. In the past, our instructors have been UVA students, faculty or staff members as well as surrounding college students and even Charlottesville community members. We hire enthusiastic individuals who exhibit knowledge of tennis and who have experience working with children. Our staff is provided with an orientation and paid training.

Are you a tennis player or just love being around children? We are looking for qualified instructors for our summer tennis program. We provide paid inservice training and offer the opportunity to work with children who are excited to learn. We also have excited adults who are motivated to learn a new sport or improve their existing game. Does spending part of your summer on a tennis court sound like fun to you?
