We hire enthusiastic individuals who exhibit knowledge of aquatic and safety skills and who have experience working with children. Our staff is provided with an orientation and paid training. The Swimming's Cool instructors come to us from a variety of places. In the past our instructors have been UVA students, faculty or staff members as well as surrounding college students and Charlottesville community members.

We are looking for qualified instructors for our youth swim program. We provide paid inservice training and offer the opportunity to work with children who are excited to learn.
