up for Day of Caring by Aug. 30
The
Combined Virginia Campaign (CVC) will participate in the Day of
Caring on Sept. 22, sponsored by the Thomas
Jefferson Area United Way.
U.Va.'s
projects include helping out at the American Red Cross, ARC of the
Piedmont, Crozet Elementary School, Stone-Robinson Elementary School
and the Salvation Army. Volunteers will be provided with special
T-shirts.
Sign-up
is on a first-come, first-served basis and can be done by e-mail
to Susie Gainer at ssg7m@virginia.edu. Include e-mail address, telephone
number, department name and messenger mail address.
The
deadline for sign-up is Aug. 30.
