Survey Suite, developed by the Internet Commerce Group within the U.Va. Computer Science Department, allows users to create, edit, publish, distribute and tally an electronic survey -- all free of charge for unlimited use. It has been field-tested for about a year, and is already being used heavily by ITC and the Darden School.
