In Memoriam

Frances Lukin, 65, of Annandale, a program director for Continuing Education's Northern Virginia Center, died Sept. 28. She had worked at the center for 43 years in a variety of positions, from bookstore manager to director of admissions. A former music teacher with the Alexandria Public School System, Lukin also served as a choir director and organist for more than 20 years.
