The legislative season is already heating up, with Gov. James S. Gilmore's proposed two-year budget scheduled to be released Dec. 17. U.Va.'s Office of Governmental Relations will update its web site as events warrant before the General Assembly convenes Jan. 12, and daily thereafter. The site includes links to track bills and legislative studies, particularly those that affect higher education. Other links describe the legislative process and lead directly to resources.
