Sexual assault education
Awards available

The University's Sexual Assault Education Office will distribute two $250 awards to any faculty member or teaching assistant who addresses issues of sexual and/or domestic violence in innovative ways in the classroom during the spring 2000 semester. Those interested must submit a brief application, which is available via e-mail through Claire N. Kaplan, Sexual Assault Education Coordinator, at cnk2r@virginia.edu. If a paper copy is necessary, call 982-2774. Applications are due Jan. 24; award recipients will be notified by Feb. 3.
