Teaching proposals due Feb. 1

The deadline for submitting proposals for this year's Faculty Senate Teaching Initiative, supported by the provost's office with awards of up to $5,000, is Feb. 1. Individuals, departments, and schools are encouraged to propose methods for improving the evaluation of teaching and/or teaching skills. Emphasis will be given to undergraduate teaching, while not excluding projects aimed at improving graduate teaching.
