Heidi Synnatzschke-Cochran, 56, died Feb. 8. She had worked with
the University libraries since 1973, serving as the Germanic and
Slavic languages cataloguer.

Arthur S. "Pop" Shifflett, 79, who retired after a 25-year
career in Facilities Management, died March 14. Memorial donations
