Flu shots pay off

U.Va. Student Health director Dr. James C. Turner said his department has seen a dramatic drop in the number of flu cases this year -- 137, compared to 593 in 1998-99. Turner attributes the healthier college population to the fact that 4,340 students got flu shots this year, compared to 1,425 last year.
