Dining Services after 26 years of service. Mary Vorder Bruegge,
44, of Charlottesville, died April 10. She had been a critical

C. Blattman, retired U.S. Navy Capt. born in 1920, died
April 10. He served as a professor of naval science in the Navy
ROTC program from 1967 to 1972, and later as associate director
of executive programs at the Colgate Darden Graduate School
