R. Bowles, 74, of Palmyra, died April 27. He was a retired
groundskeeper.

Richard Rodion "Dick" Curnish, 68, of Charlottesville,
died April 27. A retired assistant professor of physiology, he
came to the University in 1953 as a research professor in biochemistry
and moved to the physiology department in 1967. Memorial donations
