Performance raises
coming in 2001
The
new compensation plan's performance-based salary increases, mentioned
in the May 5 Inside UVA article on information sessions on the
plan, will not be made this year, but in December 2001. This year's
raises for satisfactory performance, taking effect in December,
will be the 3.25 percent approved by the 2000 General Assembly.
