As part of the University's efforts to move away from paper-based procedures, Procurement Services has switched several transactions to electronic forms only, as of Sept. 1.

Combo payment vouchers, administrative (combo) payment vouchers, multiple combo forms -- now called multi-payee vouchers -- and travel vouchers are accessible through the University's form directory at Paper forms for these will no longer be accepted.

Converting to some online processing now should ease the transition to the new Integrated Systems Project that is expected to replace virtually all financial, human resources and student information systems by 2004. The project is concentrating on financial areas, using Oracle software to design the processes that will meet U.Va.'s requirements.

Those who need assistance or training on submitting the vouchers should contact: Charles Kidd at 924-4372 or, Donna Webster at 924-4360 or, Tim Guthrie at 924-4684 or, and regarding travel forms, Dolores Hildebrand at 924-7233 or
