MTV tours U.Va.
While the University's Board of Visitors met in the Rotunda Oct. 5, MTV was getting down to business in Madison Bowl across the street. The Music Television organization made U.Va. a stop on its national College Tour, a special that will air on the cable channel later this month. Students, working through the University Programs Council (formerly University Union), organized U.Va.'s participation in this event, which included an information fair, set up under tents, and culminated with a concert in U-Hall.
