Graphically, it's not too flashy. But if you're interested in the future of the University, you might want to visit this site, home to U.Va.'s first-ever Institutional Performance Agreement proposal. The basic idea: in exchange for a stable state revenue stream over the next six years, the University will hold itself accountable to certain performance measures. This document is merely the opening bid; the final details must be worked out between the University, the governor and the General Assembly.
