Visit Barcelona, Munich and the Bavarian Alps

U.Va. employees can visit Munich and the Bavarian Alps this fall and Barcelona in the spring through travel arrangements coordinated by Human Resources.

The trip to Germany is Nov. 3-10. The trip to Spain is March 9-16, 2002. Each costs $899 per person, based on double occupancy (plus 10 percent service charge). This amount includes round-trip air transportation from Washington, D.C.; transfers to and from the airport and hotel; six nights of first-class hotel accommodations; continental breakfast daily; baggage and handling at hotels; and hotel taxes and service charges. Not included in the cost of the trips are immigration, customs and passenger facilities charges, and optional sightseeing tours.

Space is limited for both trips. Deposits of $250 per person are required by mid-July for the Munich trip and by the end of November for Barcelona.
