Edward C. Eisenhart, 81, of Charlottesville, died Oct. 18, at his home. He was a board member of the Associates of the Library for the University of Virginia.
• Stuart Virgil Gray, 87, died Oct. 20 in Afton. He was retired from University of Virginia Hospital.

• Marian Atkinson Ryerson, 80, died Oct. 25 in Charlottesville. Her working life included the Nursing School, Tayloe Murphy Institute and many years at the Law School.

Mary Eliza Tisdale Canody, 93, of Afton, died Nov. 9. She worked at the Medical Center as an LPN.
