Meeting on Morven

The process of determining how U.Va. may best use historic Morven Farm, a 749-acre gift from John W. Kluge, begins March 25 with a University-wide information session. The meeting, open to faculty, staff and students, will begin at 3 p.m. in the Newcomb Hall South Meeting Room.

The session will include an overview of Kluge’s gift and the planning process, which is expected to take several years.

University President John T. Casteen III has said that he envisions Morven as a “thriving academic environment in which scholars, students, artists and international leaders in their fields can come together to advance scholarship and learning.”
