budget cuts force change of pace

Normally at this time of year, Inside UVA would be returning to its weekly publication schedule. But this is not a normal year. Due to the state budget revenue crisis, Inside UVA will maintain its every-other-week schedule for the foreseeable future. Most issues will be expanded to 12 pages.
