At its June 11 and 12 meeting, the Board of Visitors will hear a full report from the President’s Commission on Diversity and Equity, and is expected to approve 3 percent pay increases for faculty and staff, an additional 2 percent merit-based increase for faculty and $250,000 to address market and retention needs of classified staff.
