Supervisory Leadership
This workshop focuses on the critical contributions and key results associated
with front-line leadership responsibilities for the “manager in the middle.” The
program is particularly relevant for those individuals who are either new
to their supervisory roles or who are experienced but lack formal preparation
and
supervisory training. Participants will work on clarifying role expectations
and responsibilities attached to supervisory positions; spelling out specific
role contributions for both themselves and their employees; and explore how
understanding motivational needs and preferences influences the development
of relationships.
The goal is to give participants concepts and tools they can put to immediate
use.
July 20, 8:30 a.m.-noon, Cost: $30

to write in
your work setting and help you produce professionally written documents.
The first
session will cover the writing process and give an overview of purpose
and guidelines for writing, editing and proofreading. The second session
will
