Menaker, Professor, General Faculty, died Dec. 24, 2004. Menaker had been a member of the faculty since July 1, 1987. Dr. Charles W. Miller, Professor Emeritus of Clinical Orthopaedic Surgery, died Dec. 8, 2004. Dr. Miller was a member of the faculty from 1994 until his retirement in 2003.
