U.Va. to play Minnesota in Music City Bowl/ Tickets still available

Friday, Dec. 30, 11 a.m. CDT
The Coliseum in Nashville, Tenn.,
and broadcast on ESPN.

The Cavaliers football team will play the Minnesota Golden Gophers of the Big Ten in the Gaylord Hotels Music City Bowl at The Coliseum in Nashville, Tenn., on Dec. 30. The game is scheduled to kick off at 11 a.m. CDT and will be televised nationally by ESPN.

The Cavaliers (6-5) and Minnesota (7-4) are both appearing in their fourth consecutive bowl game.

U.Va. and Minnesota each received an allotment of 10,000 tickets. Tickets are still available ($65 for club level seats and $45 for lower level) from the ticket office at 924-8821 or from, which also has additional Music City Bowl information, including events and accommodations.
