ITS Enterprise Applications Governance
The IS Executive Committee, comprised of all University vice presidents, provides oversight, guidance, and approval for all major decisions of the Integrated System.
The Vice Presidents’ Designees (assigned by each vice president) review the recommendations of the SIS Advisory Board and other ISDS ad hoc advisory groups, as appropriate, and prior to the meetings of the Integrated System Executive Committee. They are experienced decision makers who understand transformational approaches to problem-solving, the history and culture of the University, and they have respect and appreciation for the nexus of policy and operations.
The HR/Finance Senior Advisory Board is comprised of directors and data stewards who assist in prioritizing major initiatives for ITS Enterprise Applications in the areas of human resources and finance. Board members also propose and represent major initiatives in their respective areas for consideration and prioritization before decisions are considered by the Vice Presidents’ Designees and the Integrated System Executive Committee.
The SIS Advisory Board provides institutional recommendations that support the evolution of SIS. Board members are experienced decision makers who understand transformational approaches to problem-solving and who appreciate and respect University culture, history, and the nexus of policy and operations. These individuals serve as ambassadors of SIS within their respective vice presidential or school structures and provide functional expertise that informs the evolution of SIS.
Board members propose, represent, or review recommendations brought forward by stakeholders, the SIS Team, or others as appropriate to the issue under consideration, before decisions are considered by the Vice Presidents’ Designees and the Integrated System Executive Committee.
Individuals wishing to submit a request for enhancements to SIS do so through their member of the SIS Advisory Board:
