It has been almost 5 years since our last Integrated System upgrade (time flies!). Now that the student system is in place, it is time to turn our attention back to the Finance/HR systems for a major upgrade to Release12 (R12). It is essential to upgrade at this point to continue to receive premium support from Oracle, including regulatory and statutory updates to HR/Payroll.
The upgrade will bring with it some welcome navigation changes; however most users will see very few functional differences. Preliminary information about the upgrade and any changes that users will see are posted on the upgrade website. More details will be added as the project progresses.
- The upgrade occurs in early May 2011, and training for the R12 Integrated System modules will begin in late March of 2011.
- Due to the need for class material to be updated for the new release, regularly scheduled Integrated System classes built on the current release will only be held through the end of December, 2010.
