Log in with your password and select UVA Employee Self Service to:
|
- check your Payslip (link to instructions)
- check or change personal information (like your address)
- enter your Learner Home page to:
- enroll for administrative access training
- take required online classes like Nav, Mktplace, or P-Card

| Supervisors assign responsibilities for financial or HR/Payroll functions. |
| 1. Supervisors complete the Integrated
System Access Form Signed by your Organization's Data Security Contact see col R). Certain
IS Responsibilities
cannot be assigned together. Exceptions are granted consistent with UVA Policy 4.2 |
| 2. Employees for whom access is being requested must sign and submit an Electronic Access Agreement before access is granted. |

| 4. Prepare your desktop with the help of your supervisor and your Local Support Partner (LSP), prepare your desktop. |

Required Training prerequisite:
- NAV-Integrated System Navigation and Overview, an ONLINE class, is a prerequisite for most responsibilities. Some courses have additional prerequisites.
Mac users:
- The interactive .html version of NAV can be used in lieu of online training by Mac users, or employees who do not have access to Employee Self Service (i.e., hospital employees). However, it is not a good substitute for the online training available via Employee Self Service.
- If you must follow this method please notify IS Training at pam5w@virginia.edu after completing NAV.
Six Month Rule:
- Training and access must be activated within six months of taking the class, you will be required to retake the class.
- If you are assigned a responsibility that you previously had, which was deactivated for longer than six months, you will be required to retake the course(s) before it is reactivated.
