The Integrated System is an enterprise resource planning system (ERP), a group of inter-related software applications used for the administration of finance and human resources. The software for this system was developed by Oracle Corporation. Since the software is customized to meet our needs at the University of Virginia, and since it includes inter-related modules or applications, it is referred to as The Integrated System.
