Responsibilities for Users of the Integrated System

A responsibility is a predefined set of data, menus, and forms that defines your particular level of authority and what forms and information you have access to while using the Integrated System. All individuals who will use the Integrated System must be assigned one or more responsibilities in order to gain access to the system.

Responsibilities are often hierarchical, so seldom does an individual require more than one for a given Integrated System application. Training is responsibility-based.

Prerequisite:

Integrated System Navigation and Overview, a web-based class, is a prerequisite for all responsibilities, with the exception of ODS Specialist and all financial application Viewer responsibilities.
