Finance/HR Responsibilities
A responsibility is a predefined set of data, menus, and forms that defines your particular level of authority and what forms and information you have access to while using the Integrated System.
Responsibilities are often hierarchical, so seldom does an individual require more than one for a given Integrated System application. Training is responsibility-based.
Role Descriptions and Training Requirements
Follow these three steps to prepare for your Integrated System responsibilities: Find the responsibility that you need, request the responsibility through ESHARP, enroll in and take the required training for the responsibility you have requested.
This page is being updated in April 2012. Click the linked module name, if it is a link. (Those are the newly updated items.) The links will take you to the TOOLKIT for the module. "TOOLKITS contain descriptions of the responsibilities. Toolkits contain links in the training table that take you to the Employee Self Service login, then directly to the class you need to enroll in. In the case of the online classes, you "Enroll" and "PLAY" the training from your Learner Home.
The yet to be updated module names contain "Show" button. Click "Show" to view responsibilities for each category, then click the responsibility name to view the responsibility description and training requirements. Log into IS Employee Self Service to enroll in the courses required. For online classes you will also "PLAY" the class from your learner home.
