1. Select "Export" from the File menu.

2. Select which sheets or parts of sheets you want to export.

3. Select "Microsoft Excel Workbook" as the export format.

4. Choose the destination folder for the target file.

5. Click the button: Finish.

6. Open the report in Microsoft Excel from the destination folder chosen in step 4.
