Discoverer Plus - Workbooks - Saving and Sharing Workbooks

M ® File ® Save As
Save your workbook when you have significant modifications that warrant space on the server.
Discoverer Plus saves your workbook with the name you give it and lists you as the owner.
Only those with whom you have SHARED your workbook can see it.
When you SHARE your workbook, the person you shared with cannot delete it.
1. File, Save As
Share your report.
2. Click File, Share.
3. Enter the username of the person with whom you want to share the report and click Go.
4. Add the name to the Shared side of the window by clicking the bold arrow in the panel between the windows.
5. Click [OK].
The person you shared with cannot delete the workbook, but you can, and you should when it is no longer useful.
6. To retrieve your saved workbook, simply open Discoverer and select it from the list.
You have the option of seeing only your workbooks or all workbooks. In any case workbooks you have saved will list you as the Owner.
7. To Sort by a header select it then click in the header.
The screenshot below shows the workbook sort feature. This list is sorted by Date Modified with most recent first.
