1. Create a lease payment schedule.

2. After calculating a lease payment schedule in the Lease Payments window, click the [View Amortization] button.

Note: The interest expense that is recognized over the asset’s life is the difference between the present value of the minimum lease payments and the total amount to be paid under the lease.
