Workbook Wizard
Running the Cost Transfer Report

1. Click [Open an existing workbook]

2. Click [Database].

3. Select IS.FA_Cost Transfer Report.DIS. When you select the report the [Open] button becomes active.
Note: The Cost Transfer report was not in the database at the time this manual was printed and does not appear in the preceding screen shot.
4. Click [Open].

5. Select 'Open the workbook in the current database account'.
Note: This screen appears when you are opening a Pre-Defined Report created in a user account other than your own. You should always select "current database account" when this screen pops up.

6. Click [Yes]. The Parameter Wizard will
appear. .

7. Key in the date range for which you want the report to run.
Note: The dates must be keyed in the format shown in the screen shot.
8. Click [Finish].

9. Discoverer presents the Cost Transfer Report as shown in the preceding screen shot. The fields used in the Cost Transfer Report are shown in the following table:

11. Click File ® Export. Choose "Text [Tab delimited] (*.txt)" as the desired format.
12. Note the location in the field under "Where do you want to save the file?" If you want to choose a different folder click the 'Browse' button and select a local or mapped network drive as the location.
13. Click 'Finish' to export the data. You may now close the Discoverer report and open the Excel (or other file format) from the location you chose.
