The Comptroller is responsible for ensuring that this document is necessary, reflects actual practice, and supports University policy.

The Project Funding Summary window in GA is useful for finding basic project funding information.

Project Funding Summary

Prerequisites

• An award and installment must be entered in the Award Management window.
• A project must have been created.
• Award funding must be allocated to a project in the Fund Projects window.

1.   Enter your project number and select [Tab] to bring in the Project Name field.

Alternately, you may query on the project number or name using wildcards or LOV.

2.   Select [Find].

In the Project Funding Summary window you may view the following:

• The total amount of project funding
• The award installments that have funded a project, and how much each award installment has contributed to project funding
• The invoice and revenue amounts for the project by award and installment

3.   Select [Funding History].

In the Funding History windows you may view the following:

• User who allocated funding to a project
• Original date of funding
• Amount allocated
