Creating & Revising a Project
The Comptroller is responsible for ensuring that this document is necessary, reflects actual practice, and supports University policy.
Note: The project create form, which can be found at http://www.virginia.edu/integratedsystem/forms/ProjectCreateAttachmentForm.doc, should be completed and saved on you computer before proceeding.
1. Open a Project.
2. Choose the Attachment toolbar icon.
3. Select category (LOV), (Miscellaneous defaults in with the LOV).
4. Enter description: Project Create Form.
5. Select Data Type: File (LOV).
6. Select [Browser].
7. Locate the Project Create Form in the directory in which it was saved and select [Open].
8. Select [OK].
9. Close web browser.
10. Select [Yes] to indicate file upload is complete
12. Close the Attachments Form.
