1. Query the batch to see the error messages.

From the menu, select View ® Query By Example ® Enter (or F11)
Enter the batch number in the Batch field.
From the menu, select View ® Query By Example ® Run (or Ctrl F11).

Running this query will give you information on all of the errors associated with the batch. Use the arrow or page down key to see each error in the batch. The employee's name is in the name field.
