List Employees by Element

1. Complete the following fields with your search criteria, using as many fields as are appropriate for your search:

Element Name: Use the list of values to enter the element name.
Current Employees: Place a check in this field if you wish to view current employees.
Ex-Employees: Place a check in this field if you wish to view ex-employees.
From: Enter the starting date for the date range you wish to view or leave blank. See note below.
To: Enter the ending date for the date range you wish to view or leave blank. See note below.

When entering date ranges, you may enter start and end dates to specify a range, a start date but no end date to see all records since a certain date, or no start and end dates to see all records in the database. Use caution when searching without start and end dates as the query may return many records and take a long time to run.

2. Click on any field in the blank table below.

3. From the menu select View ® Find All.

All people matching the search criteria will appear in the table. Use the scroll bars on the left and bottom of the screen to view all people.

4. When finished viewing the list, close all windows and return to the Navigator.
