Submit Request

Submit a New Request

1. Select Single Request and click on the [OK] button.

2. Select UVA Check Writer - Third Party Payments from the list of values for the Name field.

3. Enter the required parameters:

Payroll: Select the payroll to which the employee subject to the wage attachment has an assignment, from the list of values.

When you select a payroll name, its default consolidation set appears.

Start Date and End Date: Enter the start and end date of the time span you want the check writer process to cover.
Payment Method: Third Party will default.
Sort Sequence: Organization, Person will default.
Check Style: Third Party Check from the list of values.
Start Check Number and End Check Number: Enter the appropriate check number in both fields.

Click on the [OK] button.

4. Click on the [Submit] button.

The Requests window will open. The Request ID is the number in the first column on the left.

5. Click on the [Refresh Data] button to see when the process is complete.

6. Close Requests window.
