Recruitment Activity

1. From the menu, select View ® Query by Example ® Enter.

2. Enter search criteria.

If you know the name of the event, enter that in the Name field, or enter part of the name followed by the percent sign (%).
If you do not know the name, you may use fields such as Type or the Dates fields to find the event.

3. From the menu, select View ® Query by Example ® Run.

4. If more than one record is found, use the down arrow on your keyboard to locate the recruitment activity you wish to update.

Update Recruitment Activity

5. Complete the following field.

Actual Cost: Enter the actual cost of the activity.

6. Click the Additional Recruitment Activity Details flexfield to the right of the Organization field.

7. Complete the following fields:

Number of Attendees: If appropriate, enter the number of attendees at the event.
Number of Resumes Received: Enter the number of resumes received as a result of the event.
Participate in Event Again: Use the list of values to select "Yes" or "No".
Context: Leave blank.

8. Click on the [OK] button.

9. Save your work.

10. Close all forms and return to the Navigator.
