This query may take a few minutes to run, so please be patient.

3. Review the salary proposals to be approved. Use the scroll bar at the bottom of the form to see all the fields.
4. If you do NOT
want to approve any one of the salary proposals, you
must
remove the record from the form. To do
so, place your cursor on the salary proposal you wish to remove and click the
Clear Record icon
on the toolbar.
Removing salary proposals from this form will not delete them from the database. It simply removes them from view on this form. You will need to contact either the UVA HRMS Faculty/Staff Reviewer or the UVA HRMS Specialist for that department and have them change or delete the salary change proposal.
5. From the Edit menu, choose Select All.
6. Click on the [Approve] button.
