Generating Standard Labor Distribution Reports in IS

Reports
Select the Report

1. Select the Report you want to run.
The following example is for the Org Default Labor Schedule Report.

2. Enter the Period From and To dates using the list of values.
3. Click on the [Show Organizations] button.
4. Select your Organization(s) and click on the [> (B)] button to move them individually to the right side of the window.

5. To select an IS printer, click on the [Printing Options...] button.
You are not required to set up printing options for the reports to run.

6. Select the IS printer using the list of values for the Printer field, and change the number of copies in the Copies field.
7. Click on the [OK] button.
8. Close the Printing Options window.
9. Click on either the [Regular Report] or the [Exception Report] button.

10. Note the request ID number and click on the [OK] button.
11. Close the Input Parameters window.
12. Choose View ® Requests from the Menu.
13. The radio button for All My Requests defaults. Click on the [Find] button, or click on the radio button for Specific Requests, and enter the request ID in the Request ID field.

14. Click on the [Find] button.

15. When the report is finished running, the Phase will say "Completed" and the Status will say "Normal". If the status of your report does not say "Completed", click on the [Refresh Data] button occasionally to see the current status on the screen.
16. Click on the [View Output] button.
The report will open in a web browser window.
17. To print use the browser's print function, unless you selected printing options in IS.
18. Close the browser window and the Requests window to return to the Navigator.
